FAQ
The questions people actually ask.

General
Do I need an app?
No — and neither does the person tapping. Your profile opens in whatever browser their phone already has.
Which phones does it work with?
Every iPhone from the XR onwards reads NFC with no setup. Most Android phones from the last several years do too. Anything older can still use the QR code printed on the product.
Can I change my information later?
Yes, as often as you like, free. That is the main reason to own one — the card in someone else's wallet keeps pointing at whatever your profile says today.
How long does delivery take?
Cairo and Giza within 24–48 hours. Other governorates take 2–6 days depending on distance. Custom designs add 1–2 days for artwork approval.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash and card are all accepted. Cash on delivery carries a small handling fee.
Do I have to set up my profile before I order?
No. Order first — we send you an activation link afterwards. If you would rather not do it yourself, send your details on WhatsApp and we will set it up for you.
What if I want my own design?
Upload print-ready artwork and we produce it exactly as sent. Or pick 'Design It For Me' and a designer builds it around your brand within 48 hours.
Can I return it?
Unused standard products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Custom-printed items can only be returned if there is a production fault, since they cannot be resold.
Technical
For the minority who want the chip details. Nobody needs to read this to use an EVOQ.
How many links can one EVOQ hold?
As many as you want. The chip stores one short address; everything else lives in your profile, which you can rebuild whenever you like.
Which chip do you use?
NTAG215 with 504 bytes of user memory in cards and stands, NTAG213 in tags. Read range is roughly 1–3 cm, which is deliberate — it stops accidental taps.
Does it need batteries or charging?
No. The chip is passive — it draws the tiny amount of power it needs from the phone's own NFC field during the tap.
Is my data secure?
Your profile only contains what you choose to publish, and it is served over HTTPS. The chip itself carries no personal data — only a link.
