Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your governorate.

An order is confirmed when you receive a reference. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error, and we will tell you why.

Production and delivery

Standard products ship within one working day. Custom-printed products take one to two additional days for artwork approval.

Delivery estimates are given in good faith and depend on the courier. Cairo and Giza are typically 24 to 48 hours; other governorates take two to six days.

Artwork you upload

By uploading a logo or design you confirm you have the right to use it. We produce what you send and cannot verify ownership on your behalf.

We may decline to print material that is unlawful, infringing, or that we reasonably consider offensive. If we decline, you receive a full refund.

Your EVOQ profile

Your profile is yours. You are responsible for what you publish on it and for keeping it accurate.

We may suspend a profile used for fraud, impersonation, malware distribution, or anything unlawful. Where we can, we will contact you first.

Availability

We aim to keep profiles reachable at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and planned maintenance may occur.

Profiles are included with your product at no ongoing cost. If that ever changes for new customers, existing products keep working as sold.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as business lost while a profile was unreachable.

Nothing here limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes fall to the competent Egyptian courts.
